our story
Arielle opened Studio 8 Movement to establish a welcoming space for yoga that is sensibly energizing, while also deeply healing, supportive, and free from strife.
In a world that is constantly “go, go, go” it is easy to become disconnected, strained and worn out. The yoga practice combines the breath, movement and mindfulness in an appropriate manner to help us find energy, connection, and peace within ourselves within a likeminded community.
At the core of Healing Arts Sanctuary lies within an honest focus on selfless service, (Seva- helping others without any expectations) and being truthful to yourself (Satya- living in a way that aligns with your highest truth).

Arielle operates Healing Arts Sanctuary of “Studio 8 Movement” located in Bulger, PA. Arielle’s first yoga class was in 2013 and discovered how movement and breath together were a powerful tool that integrated her to a higher state of consciousness. She discovered a curious path outside of her normal 9-5 routine and is inspired to share this ancient practice with her community; which is how we are here in this present moment. In Arielle’s classes, she incorporates the presence of pranayama (breath), mindful and intelligent movement and creates a class with a clear and specific intention. All levels and bodies welcome, whether it’s your very first yoga class or you are a seasoned practitioner. Arielle lives in Bulger with her husband, and two rescue dogs from Puerto Rico, Izzy and Halo. Outside of yoga Arielle enjoys to travel and be outside with nature.

“Arielle’s yoga practice is a mix of strength, flow, deep breathing and relaxation. Her space is friendly, filled with love and great energy”
