Through yoga, meditation, breathwork, and other healing modalities, we reconnect the mind and body — helping you rediscover peace, strength, and the magic within.

Our Story

Studio 8, founded by Griselda Colucci and Jeffrey Isler, is dedicated to community wellness through yoga. Our classes cater to anyone who needs a safe space, offering recovery sessions for those overcoming personal challenges such as addiction or PTSD, and chair yoga for those disabled, elderly, or have a chronic condition. We aim to create an inclusive and supportive environment.
