Class Purchases
- Single class purchases, class packs, and drop-in classes are non-refundable.
- Missed classes, no-shows, or late arrivals are not eligible for refunds or credits unless otherwise stated.
- Class credits may expire according to the terms provided at the time of purchase.
Memberships
- All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Memberships may be paused or canceled in accordance with the specific membership terms.
- No refunds will be issued for unused classes, partial months, or missed sessions.
Workshops, Events & Special Programs
- Workshops, retreats, and special events are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- If a cancellation policy is offered for a specific event, it will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase.
Cancellations & Studio-Initiated Changes
- If Studio 8 Yoga cancels a class, workshop, or event, participants may receive a credit, reschedule option, or refund at our discretion.
- Schedule changes, instructor substitutions, or class format changes do not qualify for refunds.
Medical or Emergency Exceptions
Refunds or credits due to medical or emergency situations are considered on a case-by-case basis and require appropriate documentation. Approval is at the sole discretion of Studio 8 Yoga.
Payment Issues & Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a payment error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the issue and resolve it promptly.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting Studio 8 Yoga first may result in account suspension and loss of class or membership privileges. We encourage you to reach out to us so we can address any concerns directly.
Policy Updates
Studio 8 Yoga reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
